US transit agencies are required to provide General Transit Feed Spec (GTFS) data to the National Transit Database (NTD) by October 31, 2023. The National Transit Database is a catalog of service and financial information for US transit systems; GTFS data in the NTD means richer geographic and service data for researchers and policymakers.
