Revenue Operations Manager (RevOps)

About The Position

The Revenue Operations team is responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the organization, partnering closely with Commercial teams across Optibus to drive initiatives. We are looking for a strong self-starter to join our team who has demonstrated success in operating in a fast-growing environment. The Revenue Operations Manager will drive a scalable worldwide operational framework to ensure we are meeting the organization’s growth objectives.


Responsibilities:

  • Support the Revenue teams on strategic planning; collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to solve problems, implement new processes that lead to operational efficiencies 
  • Devise, conduct and present analyses that answer business questions, support strategic decision making, and provide actionable recommendations
  • Manage and support forecasting, pipeline analysis, annual planning, and sales cadence
  • Become an expert in sales pipeline data, develop tactical & operational tools for sales reps that drive impact on productivity and sales
  • Ensure process design and corresponding system configurations are best in class and are continuously adapting to the sales environment
  • Help set goals for each of our sales teams and lead sales compensation calculation and review process
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the General Manager for EMEA and APAC

Requirements

  • 5 + years of experience in Revenue/Sales Operations
  • Demonstrated ability to define, refine, and implement sales processes, procedures, and policies
  • Excellent analytical skills and data-driven approach to problem solving
  • Experience using Salesforce.com, BI and other analytical tools
  • Experience using Excel to analyze large data sets
  • Passion for data and its use in driving organizational change


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SQL, Tableau and data warehousing
  • Experience with CPQ and Deal Desk processes
  • Proven experience with the development and implementation of systems/tools utilized for sales teams such as Clari
