About the position

We are looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager to join our Customer Success team based in London; our EMEA Hub.

The Technical Account Manager role in Optibus requires a good technical understanding alongside client-facing skills, with the goal of building relationships with our clients and helping them achieve their technical goals and overcome technical challenges.


Responsibilities include:

  • Possess deep product knowledge to support your customers
  • Regularly engage with users to identify and resolve pain points and drive adoption
  • Collaborate with the relevant Customer Success Manager to continuously improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the Product and R&D to improve current products and develop future offerings
  • Monitor Support request flow for assigned clients and aggregate common issues for broader resolution (e.g. training, product enhancements, etc)
  • Advocate for customers’ priorities internally within the R&D team at Optibus.
  • Provide escalation oversight from a technical perspective
  • Develop trusting relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and technical challenges
  • Engage with customers to develop a deep understanding of business processes and identify key areas where Optibus should provide additional value
  • Taking part in strategic business reviews with customer’s stakeholders to drive alignment and engagement.
  • Always strive to provide exceptional customer experience
  • Uplift customer capabilities by running workshops

Requirements

Requirements

  • 3+ years Experience in a similar role as a Technical Account Manager, implementation Engineer. Enterprise Support Engineer etc 
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS company 
  • Technical background (BSc/MSc and/or technical work experience with a proven track record of excellence)
  • Ability to juggle tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Using exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, convey technical information to stakeholders with a range of technical abilities
  • Strong analytical and technical skills
  • Self-motivation, proactive team player
  • Positive work ethic, ambitious and passionate attitude
  • Good time-management skills and ability to run multiple tasks simultaneously
