Sales Operations Manager

About The Position

The Business Operations team is responsible for overall productivity and effectiveness of the organization, partnering closely with the sales team and teams across Optibus to drive initiatives. We are looking for a strong self-starter to join our team who has demonstrated success in operating in a fast-growing environment. The Sales Operations will drive a scalable worldwide operational framework to ensure we are meeting the organization needs by building strategic frameworks with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Sales team on strategic planning, collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to solve problems, implement new processes that lead to operational efficiencies 
  • Devise, conduct and present analyses that answer business questions, support strategic decision making, and provide actionable recommendations
  • Manage and support worldwide forecasting, pipeline analysis, annual planning, and sales cadence
  • Become an expert in sales pipeline data, develop tactical & operational tools for sales reps that drive impact on productivity and sales
  • Ensure process design and corresponding system configurations are best in class and are continuously adapting to the sales environment
  • Manage documentation on sales processes, policies, sales training materials, and assist with on-boarding new sales talent
  • Help set goals for each of our sales teams and lead sales compensation calculation and review process

Requirements

  • BA/BS from a leading undergraduate institution with a major in finance, economics, business, engineering or other quantitative focus
  • 5 + years experience in Sales Operations
  • Demonstrated ability to define, refine, and implement sales processes, procedures, and policies
  • Experience using Salesforce.com
  • Passion for data and its use in driving organizational change

Preferred :

  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree
  • Experience in a leadership role in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, Finance, Business Operations, or other related fields
  • Strong business-process design experience
  • Experience with SQL, Tableau and DWH
  • Proven experience with the development and implementation of systems/tools utilized for sales teams such as Clari
