Amos leads, guides, and directs the overall success of Optibus. During his career Amos architected online ad targeting systems, search engines, and the Cortana personal assistant, for Microsoft, Siemens, and Collarity. Amos’ experience includes: optimization and graph algorithms, machine learning, distributed systems and big data. Amos holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Ben-Gurion University. He graduated with Dean Excellence, decorated by the Wolf, Intel, and Elkin prizes.

Eitan leads Optibus research and development. He has extensive experience in development of complex software systems and leading R&D teams. Eitan has the passion to understand all aspects of the system, from the bits and bytes level up to the high level architecture, specializing in applying math to solve complex algorithmic problems. Eitan holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Computer Science with dean excellence from Ben-Gurion University and M.Sc. in Computer Science from Tel-Aviv University

Ehud is a seasoned tech executive and entrepreneur with over two decades of experience as founder, CEO, and GM of multiple startups and businesses. Ehud’s background spans IT, Telecom, and Networking. Prior to joining Optibus, Ehud co-founded XtremIO, an IT infrastructure company and an innovator in Enterprise Flash Storage. Following its acquisition by EMC Ehud served as SVP and GM with Dell EMC, establishing XtremIO as market leader and growing its business to more than $Billion in revenue. Previously Ehud served as co-founder and CEO with Corrigent Systems and COO with Orckit Communications. Earlier in his career Ehud held engineering and operations positions with an elite technology unit of the Israeli ministry of defense.
Ehud holds a BSc. in Electrical Engineering (Summa Cum Laude) from the Technion, Israel, and an MBA (Cum Laude) from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem.

Gil joined Optibus as its Director of Operations in 2017. He heads the company's customer success operations, focused on unleashing the value of the Optibus product to its customers. Prior to Optibus, Gil headed the Israeli Air Force's International Exercises, covering complex military operations involving several nations and forces. He began his military career as a Weapons System Officer. After completing his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business he interned at Bain & Company and was an Associate in the Strategic Acquisitions team at Bristow Group. He also holds a BA in Political Science and Government from the Ben Gurion University of the Negev.

Omer oversees new business development for Optibus with a focus on new markets, sectors, products, and partnerships that can help scale the company’s growth. Prior to joining Optibus, Omer held various senior positions in leading High-Tech companies, including Windward and CMS Medical. Omer holds an LL.B in Law (cum laude) and also a dual major BA in Finance and Accounting (cum laude) both from the IDC in Herzliya, Israel. In addition to building the success of Optibus, Omer is a passionate marathon runner and a veteran honored Captain in the Israeli Defense Forces’ elite paratroopers unit.

Maor Iger joined Optibus as its Director of Finance in 2017. He is responsible for all of the company's financial and legal affairs. Prior to joining Optibus, Maor headed finance at Tata Consultancy Services Israel. He was director of finance and legal at Divinetworks, a Data Delivery Network Provider. Prior to that, Maor trained both in law and in accounting. He holds a MBA from the Tel Aviv University, and a BA in Accounting and Finance and LLB from The College of Management.

Naor joined Optibus as its VP Research and Development in early 2018.He leads Optibus Research and Development, managing all aspects of the Optibus SaaS platform. Naor is a seasoned software engineering manager with 19 years of software engineering experience, both in startups and corporates, consumer facing and enterprise products. He was part of the founding team of three R&D centers in Israel (HERE Technologies, Karhoo and Quixey). He holds an M. Sc in Technology and Information Systems Management from the Tel Aviv University and a B.Sc in Computer Science from Haifa University.

Ram leads the Optibus product development. He has a wide experience in the product management field, software development, entrepreneurship and investment management. Ram’s experience includes software development at Microsoft, Co-founding Aniways – a contextual monetization solutions for messaging apps (technology acquired by Verizon), and managing an early stage private fund.
Ram holds an MBA from Tel-Aviv University and a B.Sc. in computer science from the Hebrew University, which he has graduated with honors.

Roni joined Optibus in May 2018. Prior to that she was VP Marketing for GamEffective, leading its marketing, product strategy and lead acquisition. Prior to that, she consulted numerous start-up technology companies. Prior to that led business development at telecom and enterprise software companies. She holds an L.L.B Degree, Magna Cum Laude, from the Tel Aviv University and an MBA from INSEAD. She is also a published author.

Yossi leads the breakthrough of Optibus’ innovative solutions into the global markets. Yossi is a senior marketing and sales executive with 25+ years of strategy and field experience, with proven success across five continents. Yossi served in leadership roles for large companies, like: BMC Software, HP, and Amdocs, as well as for emerging startups, such as Applisonix. Yossi holds an engineering degree in Computer Science, a BA in business from Champlain College, and an Executive MBA from San Diego State University
- Dr. Robert IshaqDr. Robert Ishaq
Dr. Robert Ishaq is a Technion graduate with a PhD in transportation engineering. He is a research associate at the Transportation Research Institute and a lecturer at the Technion Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering. His research interests are in the field of demand modeling and decision making models.
In addition to his work as a researcher, Dr. Ishaq is a consultant for public infrastructure companies on issues such as strategic transportation plans and demand modelling for public transport planning. Some of his projects include: The Metronit, Haifa’s BRT (Bus Rapid Transport) system plan and multiple transportation master plans and public transportation design projects.
- Prof. Avishai CederProf. Avishai Ceder
Prof. Ceder is a worldwide expert and leader in the field of public transportation. He received B.Sc. (1971) from the Technion, Faculty of Industrial and Management engineering, M.Sc. (1972) and Ph.D. (1975) on the subject of Transportation with emphasis on Operations Research and Human Factors, at the University of California at Berkeley, USA. In 2007 he became Professor – Chair in Transportation, within the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering University of Auckland. Prof. Ceder is the Founder and was the Director, until 2014, of the Transportation Research Centre (TRC).
Prof. Ceder was the Head of the Transportation Engineering and Geo-Information Department at the Technion, the Chief Scientist at the Israel Ministry of Transport from 1994 to 1997, and the Israel delegate to the Transport Program of the European Community. He was a visiting Professor twice at MIT, the University of California at Berkeley, and at Universities of Hong Kong and Tokyo, and he is a member of various international symposia and workshops (e.g., ISTTT, CASPT).
Prof. Ceder is the author of two books: ‘Public Transit Planning and Operation: Theory, Modelling and Practice’, and the 2nd edition ‘Public Transit Planning and Operation: Modelling, Practice and Behavior’.
