What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager (SOM) who will work closely with our Sales team, Partners, and Leadership. The SOM will be an integral member of our Global Sales Team. This role is a high value-add business partner to the Sales Organization, enabling revenue growth and increasing sales productivity by providing effective methodologies, efficient processes, value-added information and sales tools. The ideal candidate is expected help the sales team perform efficiently by developing, coordinating, and delivering training of products, new features and strategies to the field. We are looking for someone who is passionate about enabling sales and customer-facing teams to exceed goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with sales leadership and executive management to define sales support initiatives and processes.
  • Train sales team on best use of marketing and sales enablement materials.
  • Assist on sales calls, demos, webinars and attend conferences as needed.
  • Develop and maintain training content to educate sales team such as competitive information fact sheets, role-play scripts, record and edit videos, training guides etc.
  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Manage the sales enablement content repository and ensure that all information is and readily accessible at point of need.
  • Gather feedback from sales team on a regular basis to constantly improve support programs.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of field sales enablement programs conducted.
  • Add and maintain sales operations platforms and processes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ of experience in a client-facing role (Account Executive, Client Success, Sales Development etc.)
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation skills – able to interact with employees, partners to c-levels
  • Proven experience working with customers, partners, and internal field employees
  • Experience delivering face-to-face training and webinars
  • Experience developing content (slides, wiki pages, online courses, demos, etc.)
  • Knowledge of training technologies (LMS, video editing tools etc.) and methodologies
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and sales compensation methodologies - an advantage
  • Willing to travel (several times per year)
  • Fluent in English, additional languages - an advantage
